The lessor may, even without application to the court, prevent the removal of the things subject to his right of retention, in so far as he is entitled to object to the removal. If the lessee is away from the real property leased, the lessor is entitled to take possession of the things subject to the right of retention. "If the said things have been removed without the knowledge of or in spite of the objection of the lessor, the lessor may terminate the lease.
